Quick answers to common queries
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. Our courses are designed for various starting points. During the initial weeks, we establish foundations that all participants can build upon regardless of previous experience.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you miss a session, you will receive the materials and a summary. For longer absences, we can arrange catch-up sessions where possible.
Are courses refundable?
Yes. You may cancel up to 7 days before the course starts for a full refund. After that, partial refunds may be available depending on circumstances. Please contact us to discuss.
Do you offer one-to-one sessions?
Yes, private tuition is available for individuals or families who prefer personalised instruction. Contact us with your requirements for pricing and availability.
